These terms govern your use of sellaibusiness.com (the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

What the Service is

The Service generates written business plans (“blueprints”) using an AI model, based on the answers you provide. A blueprint is a research and planning document. It is not professional, legal, financial, tax or investment advice.

No income guarantee

We do not promise, guarantee or imply that you will earn any particular amount of money, or any money at all. Figures shown in a blueprint or on this website are illustrative projections generated by an AI model, not predictions and not typical results. Your results depend on your effort, your market, your skill and factors outside anyone’s control. Most people who buy business information products do not build a profitable business from them.

AI-generated content

Blueprints are produced by a large language model. AI output can be wrong, out of date or internally inconsistent. Tool names, prices, market claims and figures may be inaccurate. You are responsible for verifying anything in a blueprint before you act on it or spend money because of it.

Your responsibilities

You are solely responsible for your own business: for complying with the laws that apply to you, for any licences or registrations you need, for the claims you make to your own customers, for how you contact prospects (including anti-spam and marketing laws such as CAN-SPAM, GDPR and equivalents), and for your own tax affairs.

Payment and licence

Unlocking a blueprint is a one-off payment processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. On payment you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use your blueprint for your own business. You may not resell, republish or redistribute the generated content as a product of your own.

Availability

We aim to keep the Service available and to keep your blueprint reachable at its link, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may change or discontinue features.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you actually paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits, lost revenue, lost business or indirect or consequential losses.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
